The Theoretical Systems Biology Group uses mathematical and statistical methods to understand how cells make decisions, and to make computational models of cellular systems. We are looking at cells across the whole Tree of Life, ranging from bacteria all the way to individual cell types in multicellular organisms, including human cells.
The group is led by Michael Stumpf at the University of Melbourne.
